I worked on my colleague, Dawn,. I first applied 7/73 to her entire head to even out the color and old foiling that she had left in the ends. I processed it for 20 minutes. Then I removed it and dried her hair and did Balayage on it with the new cream lightener form Brocato. I did inverted triangles in the bottom two sections, and pinches on the top.
Balayage is a new technique to me but I loved the results.
When it comes to lightening up, one of the most natural-looking and modern coloring techniques available right now is balayage. Essentially, balayage involves painting sections of the hair freehand, rather than using foils or a streaking cap. The end result is a sexy “grown out” look that takes literally minutes to achieve, and requires less maintenance than traditional highlights.
Thank you Dawn, for letting me have my way with your head. You look marvelous!
